It all started when I picked up my first camera at the age of 21. A vintage Nikon film camera given to me by my dad. I roamed around Portland, OR where I was living at the time creating street photography. 2 yrs later living in NYC I began classes at the school of visual arts, became obsessed with the dark room and candid photos on the street of NYC. On to grad school a few years later at the Academy of Art in San Francisco, and the rest is history. I have been blessed to photograph hundreds of families throughout my years (20 plus yrs but who’s counting?) as well as editorial campaigns for Lucky Brand, Converse, American Optical, State Optical, Scojo NYC, PS one School, A & A Optical, and many more.
